  1. How do I create a Paraspot AI account?
    Reach out to a member of our sales team through applying to a Demo Request. Our team will help you with the account creation and set up.

  2. What subscription plans does Paraspot AI offer?
    Paraspot offers a subscription plan based on the inspection frequency and number of units. We offer both monthly and annual plans.

  3. Can I add multiple users to my account?
    You can add to your Paraspot account as many users as needed. There are no limits or additional charges for the number of seats used.

  4. What happens if I cancel my subscription?
    Once you cancel your subscription, your subscription will not automatically renew. Once the subscription reaches its end of term, the subscription will be officially canceled, and all access to the Paraspot system will be revoked.
    The access to the data and platform can always be retained by purchasing a new subscription.

  5. How is pricing structured for property managers and enterprises?
    Pricing varies based on the number of units and inspection needs. Please reach out to one of our Sales team members to receive a quote tailored to your needs.

  6. Is there a free trial available?
    Paraspot provides a limited trial experience free of charge to help you evaluate how Paraspot can fit in your operations.

  7. How do I update my billing information?
    Once logged in, you may update your billing information in the settings page, under "Subscription".
